We endeavor to ship all orders that are in stock within 24 hours.  Please note that orders placed after 12pm PST on a Friday will not be shipped until the Monday.  Our dispatch service does not operate on weekends and public holidays.

Unfortunately we don't offer a next day delivery service.

Our orders are dispatched by either UPS or USPS - you will receive a tracking with your dispatch email.

  

  

It is the buyer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.  If an order is refused, or the incorrect delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering, or failure to respond to calling cards left by the courier, the package will be returned to PacaPod.  Please note it is not the courier’s responsibility to attempt to contact the buyer to obtain the correct delivery address. 

  

When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund to the buyer.  We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you’re welcome to place a new order on our website.  For reasons of account security, we cannot permit buyers to change their shipping addresses after an order is placed. 

  

  

In the event of severe weather conditions deliveries may be disrupted and take longer than normal to reach their destinations.  In this event please be patient and allow 7 working days before contacting us.  During severe weather conditions we cannot guarantee Express Delivery within 24 hours.
